?Position Description- Managing Director- Corporate Finance and Net Lease?Currently, we are seeking a Managing Director to lead our Corporate Finance and Net Lease (?CFNL?) team in Atlanta, GA.? The mission of the CFNL group is to provide strategy-led, capital markets real estate transaction execution for corporations and net lease investor clients.? The business line currently employs approximately 20 employees nationally, with annual revenues of approximately $10 million.? The group?s goal is to grow to $25 million in revenue by 2014.? This position will report directly to the CFNL National Lead located in Chicago.?
